Life can be stressful


Peace and joy are your birthright
Before I began meditating, I was a nervous wreck. I was easily upset, had emotional ups and downs and worried a lot. Once I found meditation, my life began to change for the better. This was the beginning of a long journey of spiritual healing that I continue to work on daily. We live in a crazy world, where listening to the news can put you in a state of anxiety. I believe we need to be present in the world we live in and know what is going on. But we do not have to allow ourselves to become so overwhelmed that we are immobilized. It does not help anyone if we are not in balance. Truthfully, the more we can keep our vibrations high and stay in a state of peace and joy, the more we have a positive affect on those around us. When we meditate and come "home" to our natural state, we can take that energy into our workplace, into our home and into the world.
